Let me first start off by saying I've went here before with no issues in till just recently. My husband is a employee for fedex so with that being said we use this to our advantage for the employee discount which is great. so im in line but mind you there are 5 people in Front of me and four people behind me and I'm just in my spot patiently waiting because it was already taking forever because there was only one cashier so anyways... I'm up finally... and I'm like i would to overnight this and i would like to use my husband discount she goes well get to the back of the line because I have to take them first before you (so im thinking "ok what" ) so it's early in the morning so I really was like out of it to even realise what was happening go to the back why because it's our policy now mind you I came here all types of hours of the day and with way more people in line and I've never ever heard of this policy and it's not posted or nothing so I really have to have this delivers but I'm not going to the back I've already waited 45 mins and there were people still coming in so I paid full then I got in my car and began to drive but while driving I woke up more and was like hell no let me call customer service they tell me I be never heard of such a thing I said ok put my delivery on hold I'm going back to pick it up and get my money back. So I get there and I'm say to the same cashier can I get my money back my package and speak to your manager she like sure (side note I'm mixed with everything but Latino and the cashier is a older white lady and the manager is a young white lady) so she and the manager walks out and I'm like since when did yall start making people go to the back of the line because of a employee discount she goes it's always been this way I say really she goes yea they can do it to their own discretion I'm like really I'm like well can I see it she like I have to...blah blah blah make seem like a hassle so im like ok thanks she was like your husband should know this so im like ok so I wait for my husband to get off and he's like that's bs they don't tell us that so he mentions it to his boss's boss and said that's unheard of now im back at the same place getting my package deliverd with my husband. So I pay to get it overnighted in Hawaii all to have it never delivers and lost..if I could give it some negative stars and a court hearing on discrimination I would I mean that package was priceless...and i tried to give them a second chance like really poor management and poor customer service ... learning lesson they are not dependable and always get signature mail
